تعهد بصحة البيانات | Declaration of Data Accuracy

أقرّ بأن كافة المعطيات والبيانات التي قمت بإدراجها أو تحيينها عبر هذا النظام هي بيانات صحيحة ودقيقة ومطابقة تماماً للوثائق الرسمية، كما أقرّ بعلمي التام بأن هذه المعطيات تُعدّ ركيزة أساسية في بناء الملف الدراسي والإداري لابني/ابنتي. وبناءً عليه، أتحمّل وحدي كامل المسؤولية عن أي خطأ أو نقص أو إدراج لمعطيات غير دقيقة، مع إدراكي بأن أي تضارب في المعلومات أو ثبوت عدم صحتها قد يؤدي إلى رفض الملف أو إلغاء عملية التسجيل، وذلك دون أدنى مسؤولية على عاتق إدارة المدرسة.

وتؤكد إدارة المدرسة أن كافة البيانات الشخصية المُدرجة تُستخدم حصراً للأغراض التعليمية والإدارية والمالية، وذلك وفقاً لأحكام القانون القطري رقم (13) لسنة 2016 بشأن حماية خصوصية البيانات الشخصية.

I acknowledge that all information and data I have entered or updated through this system are accurate, correct, and fully consistent with official documents. I also acknowledge that this information is a fundamental basis for building my son’s/daughter’s academic and administrative file. Accordingly, I bear full responsibility for any error, omission, or inaccurate entry, and I understand that any inconsistency or proven inaccuracy may lead to rejection of the file or cancellation of the registration process, without any liability on the school administration.

The school administration confirms that all personal data provided are used strictly for educational, administrative, and financial purposes, in accordance with Qatar Law No. (13) of 2016 on the protection of personal data privacy.
